Clearing out Browsing Data/Passwords/Cookies for SSO Login Issues

GOOGLE CHROME

1.Once in the Google Chrome browser please click the three vertical dots located on the top right of the browser.

2. Next, select More Tools>Clear Browsing Data

3. On this new window please select the Time Range drop-down menu>select ALL TIME

4. Make sure all check boxes underneath are checked on. Then click Clear Data.

5. Once your history is done clearing this pop-up box will disappear and you should see Chrome Settings. Next, please clear all saved passwords by clicking on or typing to search for the Passwords section.

6. Type in the Search Passwords field: SSO or lawrence.k12.ma.us and remove all saved passwords

 

MAC SAFARI

1. Once in the Safari browser click the History tab>click Clear History.


2. A pop up box should appear in the middle of the browser.

3. Make sure the drop down menu is set to All History> then click Clear History.

4. Next click the Safari tab>click Preferences

5. Click the Passwords tab and enter your LPS password in password field.

6. On the right side of the pop up box type lawrence.k12.ma.us in the Search field and Remove the LPS related passwords.

FIREFOX

1. Once in the FireFox browser select the View History, Saved Bookmarks, and More icon on the top right of the browser.

2. Click History> click Clear Recent History.

3. A pop up box named Clear Recent History will appear. Select the Time Range to Clear drop-down menu>select EVERYTHING

4. Make sure the check boxes underneath are checked on and click OK.

5. Once your history is done clearing this pop-up box will disappear.

6. Next, please clear all saved passwords by clicking the three horizontal lines on the top right of the browser>Click Logins and Passwords.

7. In the top of the page type lawrence.k12.ma.us in the Search Logins field and Remove any LPS related passwords.

MICROSOFT EDGE

1.Once in the Microsoft Edge browser please click the three vertical dots located on the top right of the browser.

2. Click History

3. Once you click History a pop up should appear to the left. Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right of that box.

4. Then select Clear Browsing Data.

 

5, A new tab should open with the Clear Browsing Data pop-up in the middle of the  browser Window.

6. Please select the Time Range drop-down menu>select ALL TIME

7. Make sure all check boxes are checked on. Then click Clear Data. Box should disappear once it's done clearing please clear all saved passwords searching for Passwords.

8. In the top left type passwords in the Search Settings bar.

9.Select Passwords after searching for it.

1. Type in the Search Passwords field: SSO or lawrence.k12.ma.us and delete all saved passwords.
