Install the Outlook app from the app store

and the Microsoft Authenticator from the app store
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-authenticator/id983156458
Open the Outlook app
Enter your LPS work email address, then press on add account
Click on the "Open Authenticator" buttion
